Lunch order form for Show Choir Camp

Show Choir Camp

September 15^th 8am – 5pm

Lunch Order Form

We will have Turkey, Ham, or Roast Beef sandwiches on a Croissant w/ lettuce and cheese. There will be a choice of a mayo/mustard spread or a mayo/pesto spread. Students will also receive bottled water and chips.

 The cost will be $5.00.

Parents: We will be taking orders for students who do not want to pack a lunch on Saturday, Sept. 15^th. We will only provide this lunch option to students who return their form and money by Friday, Sept. 7^th.

Playing for Change Sept. 22nd

The EVHS 1st semester choir students will be taking part in "Playing for Change".  This program will take place on Saturday, September 22nd at 6:30 pm.  I told the students 7 today so this is a change.  Students need to be at CCHS at 6pm.

Swing Dresses

It is extremely important that we order the show choir swing dresses as soon as possible.  These are the dresses for $55.  Please see Mrs. R as soon as possible with questions or payment.

Choral Booster Meeting

The first Choral Booster Meeting will be held on Monday, August 27th at CCHS in the choir room at 6:30.  This meeting is for all parents/guardians who are interested in joining the choral boosters.  We hope to see you there!!

Back to School Day on Monday!!!

I am looking forward to seeing everyone on Monday from 12pm to 7pm. 
I just wanted to let everyone know that we will have information packets for everyone. (Thanks to Jennifer and Rachel for all your help in putting the packets together!!)
The choir will also have representatives from the EVHS Choral Boosters on hand to collect choir fees and take t-shirt orders.  The EVHS Choral Boosters will be selling laynards and bumper stickers.
Please don't forget to bring in your gently used/like new bags for our upcoming 1st annual bag sale.

Innovation Show Choir fee due for dress

The $55 dollar fee for the Show Choir dress is due now.  Please turn the fee into the choir office as soon as possible.
Mrs. R needs to order these dresses as soon as possible.

Yankee Candle Sale

The EVHS will be having our Yankee Candle Sale from October 1st - October 12th.  Students will receive 30% of the profit in their accounts. 
Stay tuned for the flier and information. 

Show Choir Camp

Innovation will be having a Show Choir Camp with our choreographer on 9-14-9-16.
Schedule:
Friday: TBA
Saturday- 8am- 5pm
Sunday- 1pm-5pm

Lunch will be for sale, order forms will be sent home on a later date.
This event is MANDATORY for all Innovation Show Choir members.  Please see Mrs. R with any questions.

Spirit Night- 1st one of 2012-2013 school year!!

The EVHS choir will be hosting spirit nights this year.  Fifty percent of all profits earned at spirtit nights will be go to purchase the much needed performance risers.  The other fifty percent will go to choir expenses(music, costumes, transportation, choreographer, etc).

Our first spirit night will be held on Friday, September 14th at Buffalo Wild Wings from 5 to midnight.

Donations Needed

The EVHS Choir will be collecting gently used/like new bags for our first bi-annual bag sale at Culpeper United Methodist Church.
Half of the proceeds from the bag sale will be set aside for the much needed performance risers for the choir room.  Bags may be dropped off Monday-Friday in the EVHS Choir room and the Main Office during regular school hours. 
Bags may also be dropped off during open house on August 20th between 12:00 and 7:00pm.

Note: Any bags not accepted for the sale will be donated to local charity.

The EVHS Choir fundraising committee will hold meeting on the following dates.  All parents are strongly encouraged to attend. The meetings will take place from 6-8pm in the EVHS choir room.
