-Troubadours do not have rehearsal on Monday. Madrigal Feast rehearsal will take place on Wednesday till 4:30pm.

The Madrigal Feast tickets include dinner and show and are first come first serve. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students. Show Times are Friday, 12/6 at 6pm and Saturday 12/7 at 1pm and 6pm.

FYI-
The Culpeper Band Boosters will sponsor a bus trip to New York City on Saturday, December 14, 2019. The cost of the trip is $95 per person.This is a fundraiser to help fund the EVHS and CCHS band trip to Disney World in March. The bus will leave the CCHS gym parking lot at 5:15 am and is estimated to arrive at Bryant Park at 10:30 am. You are on your own until the bus departs from Bryant Park at 8 pm. The estimated return arrival time at CCHS is 1:00 am on Sunday, December 15, 2019. We must have 42 participants to make this trip possible. If 42 people do not sign up, all monies will be refunded.
If you inform us that an EVHS or CCHS band student referred you, that student will receive funds from this trip. If no student is named, then the money will go into the general fund to assist others. For more information to or make a reservation, email us at culpeperbandboosters@gmail.com

-This week is Principal Appreciation week. We are putting together a basket to give Dr. Addo from the choir. We are asking for donations. Please bring all donations to the choir room by Monday, October 7th.
-The Volunteer list is open for Friday's football game on Charms. Students may sign up to work the 50/50 - Best Seat in the House or to bring in baked goods. Please email Mrs. R if you are unable to get into your charms account.
-Students who are auditioning for Virginia Music Educators Conference need to meet Mrs. R at CCHS 10:30am. We will stop and eat lunch on the way to Longwood. Students will audition between 2:42pm and 3:30pm. Please dress professionally as you will be seen by the judges. You are expected to practice your sightreading daily at a Level 5 in different keys. We hope to return back to CCHS around 6pm.
