-Choir Forms and Fees are now overdue. Please turn them in to Mrs. R as soon as possible. Students will not be able to go on the Disney Field trip until all choir fees are paid.
-This week is Principal Appreciation week. We are putting together a basket to give Dr. Addo from the choir. We are asking for donations. Please bring all donations to the choir room by Monday, October 7th.
-The Volunteer list is open for Friday's football game on Charms. Students may sign up to work the 50/50 - Best Seat in the House or to bring in baked goods. Please email Mrs. R if you are unable to get into your charms account.
-Students who are auditioning for Virginia Music Educators Conference need to meet Mrs. R at CCHS 10:30am. We will stop and eat lunch on the way to Longwood. Students will audition between 2:42pm and 3:30pm. Please dress professionally as you will be seen by the judges. You are expected to practice your sightreading daily at a Level 5 in different keys. We hope to return back to CCHS around 6pm.
-Please turn in all candy sales to Mrs. R by the end of the week.
-Troubadours and Show Choir- please turn in your field trip forms for Oct. 29th. Mrs. R must have a list of who is attending by next Friday to the nurse. Mrs. R will NOT except forms on Oct. 29th.
-Troubadours will have a rehearsal on Monday till 4pm.
-October 15th- 2nd payment is due for Disney $160
- The Choir has a spirit night on Thursday, October 10th from 4pm to 8pm at IHOP. Come out, enjoy pancakes, and support the EV Choir!!
-There will be a Choir Booster Meeting on Tuesday, October 29th, 2019 at 6:30pm.
-The Annual A cappella Concert will be on Monday, Nov. 4th at 6:30pm at EVHS. Choir t-shirts and blue jeans and comfortable shoes are to be worn for this concert. All students need to turn in their choir fee in order to receive their t-shirt.
