* Choir Volunteers -
All current school volunteers, as well as any new potential volunteers,
will need to visit http://www.culpeperschools.org and click on the link
for App Garden – Volunteer Tracker located on the Find It Fast section
of our home page to fill out our new electronic volunteer application.
All new volunteers will need to complete a background check as well as a DSS Central Registry background check. The background check costs $37.00 and the DSS Central Registry check costs $10.00. Both are payable via cash or check. .

*All Choir Forms and Fees are now past due. Please see the website for choir forms.
*All VMEA Choir audition permission slips and payment $17.25 is now due.
JMU forms were sent home last week. The return time is 3pm not 1:30pm. Forms are due Oct. 5th. All choir forms and fees must be turned in.
The
first 40 students to turn in their JMU form/payment, and all choir
forms and fees will go. Permission slips are on the choir website.
September 26th- Troubadours will have after school rehearsal on Monday 9-26 in the choir room till 4:30pm.
September 27th **The
Eastern View High School and Culpeper County High School Choral Program
will be presenting their annual A cappella Concert in the EVHS
Auditorium on Tuesday, September 27th at 7pm. Groups from EVHS and CCHS
will be performing as well as our special guest group Madison Project,
the premiere male a cappella group from James Madison University.
Tickets are $3 at the door. Come out for a night of great music!
If students are helping or performing they need to report to the choir room at 6:15pm.
Attire for Concert- Girls- black school appropriate dress or skirt and top
Boys- black button down shirt, black pants, black dress shoes black socks, tie

We will have our 2nd spirit night at Sweet Frog. Buy yourself a treat and support the choir. Flyers will be sent home with students this week.

September 29th-
Students
trying out for ACDA need to bring $30 to Mrs. R and stay after on
Thursday, Sept. 29th to record your audition till 4:30pm.
October 3rd-
There will be a dress rehearsal for all Seniors participating in the
Senior showcase on Monday, October 3rd in the choir room after school
till 4:30pm.
October 4th- There will be an after school rehearsal for all students trying out for VMEA till 4:30pm.
October 5th-
James Madison University Forms are due Oct. 5th to the choir room with
payment for the field trip October 13th. Please see website for
details.
October 7th- The
Eastern View High School will be presenting a Senior Showcase on
Friday, October 7th at 7pm. The senior choir members will be performing
solos from various genres of music. Admission is free and donations are
appreciated. Come out to see the choir seniors shine!
