Congratulations to all students who were selected to participate in the All District Choir. Forms will be sent home with these students this week.  The cost is $43, which includes the cost of the event, t-shirt, pizza, and music. Students will have the option to fundraise  this cost.  Please turn in these forms and the payment by Wednesday, Dec.11th.  All District Forms are now on charms and on Google Classroom. Checks need to be made out to EVHS.

The All State Audition will take place on Thursday, Feb. 6th at Chancellorsville High School. Time is to be announced. Please be on the lookout for a permission slip coming home soon.

    1. The Second Payment and Third Payment are due Now. Please turn this in. Both payments are $160.
     2. The next payment for the field trip is due Dec. 16th.

Outfits- CHANGE 
Due to the cold we will be wearing black pants, Christmas sweater, winter coats, hats, gloves, scarves, and a base layer.  Please wear warm shoes. It will be cold, so please dress appropriately.

The EVHS Choir will be paying for the buses for students.  Students and parents may order a meal from Subway for $8. The order needs to  be put in by Thursday, December 5th .  Payment is due by Thursday, December 5th.

There will be a parent bus that will be going to the National Christmas Tree. The cost is $15 a person.  If you are ordering the box lunch, the cost is $23.  Please be at the school at 3:30pm in order to eat and the bus will leave promptly at 4:30pm. It will be cold, so please dress appropriately. If you are planning to ride the parent bus, please fill out this form.  Only parents who are approved chaperones may ride the buses with students.

The Madrigal Feast tickets include dinner and show and are first come first serve. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students. Show Times are Friday, 12/6 at 6pm and Saturday 12/7 at 1pm and 6pm. 
We have sold 1/3 of these tickets, please get in your order ASAP.

Girls- Black choir gowns with white fluffs, please wear a base layer (fleece tights or leggings) with your gown. Please gloves, a hat, and bring a winter coat that can be worn if needed.  Show Choir women will wear black fleece leggings or tights with black socks, black dance shoes, Red sequence dress with a white turtleneck underneath.  Please bring a winter hat, gloves and winter coat in case it it cold. 
White gloves and a hat would be preferred if you have them. They are not required. 

Boys- Black suits, white shirts, black jacket, bow tie, scarf, gloves, hat, winter coat, appropriate black shoes. Show Choir- Red Vest. White gloves and a hat would be preferred if you have them. They are not required. Please wear a base layer if needed. 

It will be cold, so please dress appropriately.

All State Auditions-  All Students who were selected to participate in All District Choir will have the opportunity to audition for All State Choir.  The audition will either take place on Thursday, Feb. 6th at Charlottesville High School or Friday, Feb. 7th at Fluvanna County High School.  The cost is $10. The $10 (checks written to EVHS) and the following form must be turned in by Thursday, Nov. 21st. No late forms or payment will be accepted.

-The Cheesecakes and rest of the Home Business Fundraiser is due on Tuesday. 
-The EVHS Choir has just started our Holiday Fundraiser which includes Scentsy, Mary Kay, Tupperware, and Cheesecake.  All items will be delivered before the Holiday Break. Cheesecakes will be delivered on December 5th and must be picked up that day. Scentsy and Mary Kay may be ordered online (please make sure you identify the student who you are supporting in the comments section) and the cheesecake will be available to purchase on charms shortly.  Please let Mrs. R know if you have any questions and thank you for your support!!

-Thank you to all parents who chaperoned and helped last week!! 

-Troubadours- Meet at 9:15am in the choir room. Bring your attire for formal performance attire. Veterans Day. 

-Troubadours- You will have after school rehearsal till 4pm.

-Tuesday is Chipotle Choir Spirit Day! Please eat at Chipotle and tell them you are with the EVHS Choir!!! From 4pm to 8pm!!

    1. The Second Payment is due Now. Please turn this in. The second payment is $160.

The third payment is due Nov. 15th. 

To be clear... The $50 deposit is non refundable. The contract and the parent letter states " Cancellation of this tour by February 25th, will result in a $100 fee per student . " Please take note of Four Seasons' policy. Please see Mrs. R if you have any questions.


-The Madrigal Feast tickets are now on sale. Students will be bringing home order forms or you can purchase tickets online at https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/shop.asp?s=EVHSChoir . The Madrigal Feast tickets include dinner and show and are first come first serve. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students. Show Times are Friday, 12/6 at 6pm and Saturday 12/7 at 1pm and 6pm. 
We have sold 1/3 of these tickets, please get in your order ASAP.

-All District Choir Audition Field Trip Choir Forms are due no later than Wednesday, Nov. 6th. Mrs. R will not accept forms past that date.  Please see your Google Classroom and Charms to print out the form. 

-The times for All District Choir Auditions are posted on Google Classroom.  The first group will go over to CCHS around 9:30am and be done at 12:30pm. We will return to EV. The second group will leave around 1:30pm. You will need to be picked up at CCHS after you audition. If you drive and your time allows, you can drive over to CCHS after school is out at 2:15pm to audition and leave after you are done.

-The EVHS Choir has just started our Holiday Fundraiser which includes Scentsy, Mary Kay, Tupperware, and Cheesecake.  All items will be delivered before the Holiday Break. Cheesecakes will be delivered on December 5th and must be picked up that day. Scentsy and Mary Kay may be ordered online (please make sure you identify the student who you are supporting in the comments section) and the cheesecake will be available to purchase on charms shortly.  Please let Mrs. R know if you have any questions and thank you for your support!!
