When will product come in?  We will call you to let you know and products may be picked up at the school from 7:30am to 5pm Monday- Thursday.

Students receive 50% to go in their accounts.

Ink Cartridges

The EVHS Choir is collecting used ink cartridges to help the choir obtain school supplies at staples.  Please bring your ink to the choir room.

Announcments 5/24

Thanks to All Parents who helped with Spring Concert!!
Your help is greatly appreciated!!

1. Parents are reminded that students are responsible for the care and cleaning of their choral outfits. Please make sure all choral outfits are cleaned and pressed before each performance. Wrinkled outfits leave a not so great impression. Please remind your students to bring their outfit home. All outfits (including the show choir dress) can be cleaned on hand wash or delicate cycle. The only exception is the men's suit. The suits need dry cleaned.

2. We need water donations for graduation. Please email Mrs. R if you can donate a case of water.

3. The choir room is in need of tissues. Points for choir letters will be given for each box brought in.

4. May 31st- Graduation- All Choral Students are expected to attend. Girls are to wear choral black dresses and black shoes. Boys are to wear black dress pants, white button down shirt, and choral tie (blue or purple). Students need to be in the choir room at 5:30pm and will perform around 7:15pm during graduation. All students will be given parking passes next week and must have them in order to get on campus next week.  A grade will be given for this performance.

5. I need at least 5 parents to help with graduation. Please email Mrs. R if you are able to help on May 31st.

6. Donations of Water are greatly appreciated for graduation. Please email Mrs. R if you can help.

7. A cappella Students are reminded to turn in their theory packets. These are test grades for the upcoming 9 weeks. You may not start on your final project until you have turned in all your theory packets and passed each quiz with a 80% or higher.

8. Show Choir is reminded to turn in their exercise forms for March and April.


9. Many of the purple show choir dresses have faulty zippers. We have found a wonderful seamstress that will put a heavy duty zipper in the dress for $15. The Show Choir plans on wearing this dress at least 5 more times this year. Please bring in $15 for your zipper to be fixed. The dress will be used next year too. Thank you for your attention to this detail.

10. Choir students are asked to please take home all personal items from the choir room including outfits that are owned.

The Eastern View High School Choral Boosters are having our final Spirit Night at Brusters on Tuesday, May 28th from 5 to 8. I need three parents to come and volunteer for this event for an hour shift.

Please email me if you are able to volunteer from 5 to 6, 6 to 7, and 7 to 8. All proceeds from this event will go towards our much needed choral risers.

May 28th- Final Spirit Night at Brusters
May 31st- Graduation
June 4th- all outfits are due to the choir room

Brusters Spirit Night Tuesday, May 28th...

The Eastern View High School Choral Boosters are having our final Spirit Night at Brusters on Tuesday, May 28th from 5 to 8. I need three parents to come and volunteer for this event for an hour shift.

Show Choir Mandatory Meeting on May 21st

There will be a mandatory meeting for all show choir members and parents for the 2013-2014 school year on Tuesday, May 21st at 6pm.

After School Rehearsals

There will be an after school rehearsal today till 5pm for all choirs.  Students who cannot attend need to write a note to be excused.

There will be an afterschool rehearsal tomorrow for Show Choir till 4pm.

Choir Spring Concert

The EVHS Spring Concert, "The Lights of Broadway", will take place on Thursday, May 16th at 7pm.  All Choir students need to be in the choir room at 6:15pm.
