Week 30 (March 29- April 2)

*There will be after school choir rehearsal on Tuesday, March 30th from 2:30pm to 4pm in the auditorium for all choirs.  

*Wednesday's Office Hours have changed. If you would like to sign up for a time to complete your singing check, please request a time during your class block.  You may email me during this time too. 

Block 1           8:00 - 8:45 AM- Intro 

Block 2           8:50 - 9:35 AM- Women's Ac/ Men's Ac 

Block 3           9:40 - 10:25 AM- Troubadours 

Block 4           10:30 - 11:15 AM- Mrs. R planning 

Block 5 (A/B)  11:20 - 12:00 PM- Artistic and 5th block 

*The Spring Concert will by on Saturday, May 15th at 2pm. Please plan on being there. 

The rain date is Saturday, May 22nd at 2pm. 

*Troubadours- Graduation is on May 28th. You will be expected to attend and perform. 

Week 29 (March 22-26)

 *There will be no rehearsal on Tuesday this week due to a faculty meeting. 

*On Wednesday, I will be available for regular office hours. Please sign up for an appointment if you need to complete any of your sound checks or need to speak with me. 

*Tri-M inductees- We will have a rehearsal on Wednesday at 2:30pm in the auditorium. 

The induction will take place on Thursday, March 25th at 6:30pm. Please be at school by 6pm. You may invite 2 family members to attend the ceremony.  Everyone must sit social distanced.

Week 28

*Tuesday- There will be an after school rehearsal on Tuesday from 2:30 to 4pm for ALL CHOIR MEMBERS in the auditorium. You must have a signed mitigation plan on file to attend.  If you cannot attend in person, you may attend virtually using the troubadours link on the calendar. 

*Important Announcement for Wednesday- 

Mrs. R will not be available during regular office hours. My office hours will be from 11:15 to 1:15. Please send me an email or make an appointment. 

*Tri-M induction ceremony will be on March 25th at 6:30pm. Emails will be sent out this week. The fee for Tri-M is $15. Please see Mrs. R with any questions. 

Week 27 (March 8-12)

Please check the announcements weekly as Mrs. R may not be able to meet some Wednesday's at these times due to meetings. 

There will be no Choral Club Executive Board Meeting this Wednesday. 

*Troubadours will have rehearsal on Tuesday from 2:30 to 4:00 on Tuesday, March 9th. 

*If you owe the All District fee of $15 or the All State fee of $10- Please get that to Mrs. R ASAP! 

 *All District- Please record your District Choir Videos and upload your video in the shared EVHS folder by Friday, March 12th.

*All State- As soon as you are sent the link, please record your audition and send it in by Friday, March 12th. 

*Important- Mrs. R will not be in class on Friday. A and C cohort students need to send Mrs. R an email and log onto canvas to work on music in order to counted present. There will be no live class on Friday.
