The Finale Note Pad can be downloaded for free at home.  This may be used for Artistic Choir and Men's Ac to help with rehearsal at home.

Announcements for week of April 20

Please read the following announcements.  There are requests for parental help below (Dates are in Red).  If you can volunteer or help/donate any of the following items, please email Mrs. R at trichtar@culpeperschools.org .

(All Chaperons must have a form on file and be fingerprinted in order to attend field trips. Cost is $37.  This is a one time fee that is good forever. Please see Mrs. R with any questions.) 

***Please note that the date for the show choir meeting has changed to May 12th in conjunction with the Culpeper Choral Booster Meeting. 

·         Now- All Contract, Medical, Photo forms are now due

·          

·         State Theatre Concert- There is still time to order a State Theatre Video of the concert on May 31^st.  Cost is $20.  Please bring order to the choir room. The video is great!!

·         . 

·         April 20th- Kings Dominion permission slips and payment are due on Monday.  The information and permission slips can be found on the blog and choir website.

·         April 28^th- There will be a spirit night for the EVHS choir for Shawn’s BBQ from 5 to 8:30pm.

·         April 30^th- I need 4 parents to come and help the show choir with the performance at Germanna Community College on April 30^th for the Hospital Auxilary.  We need all parents and students to meet at Germanna in Culpeper at 5:45pm.  Please email me at trichtar@culpeperschools.org if you are able to help.

·         May 1^st- I need four parents to come and help with the Show Choir independent judging event at CCHS on Friday, May 1^st.  The show Choir will perform in front of judges.  I need parents to help with set and costumes. Please email me if you are able to participate.

·         May 1- Seniors who would like to apply for a Fine Arts Chord for Graduation, please see Mrs. R for an application.  Applications and $3.50 is due to Mrs. R on May 1^st.

·          

·         May 1- Mrs. R needs senior baby pictures for the spring concert.  Please bring in or email Mrs. R a picture by Friday, May 1^st.

·          

·         May 1- The EVHS Choral Boosters are accepting applications for their annual senior scholarship until Friday, May 1^st.  Applications can be found in guidance.

·          

·         May 1^st- All Choir Letter forms are due to Mrs. R. 

·         May 12^th- There will be a meeting for all students and parents who will be participating in Show Choir for the 2015-2016 season on Tuesday, May 5^th at 6:30 pm in the EVHS Choir Room.

·          

·         May 12^th- Booster Meeting- We will be electing officers. AT EVHS at 7pm.

·          

·         May 15^th -Chaperones needed:

1.       Kings Dominion- May 15^th- $35 for parents without season passes

·          

·         May 15^th- We need donations for Water for the Trip. Please email me if you can donate.

·         May 21^st- There will be a spirit night at Shawn’s BBQ for the EVHS Choir from 5 to 8:30pm.

·         June 5^th- Graduation.  I need two parent volunteers to sit with students on the field.  We are asking parents to donate water for this event.  Please email me if you are able to do that.

EVHS Carwash and Yard Sale !!!

The EVHS Carwash and Yard sale are today from 9am to 3pm. Come down and check it out!! Don't forget the mattress sale!!

 

Students who are helping with the EVHS Choir Yard sale and Carwash need to be at school by 8:15 on Saturday, April 18th.

Yard Sale Saturday...

* The Choir still has a few spaces left on Saturday for anyone who would like to set up a table at the yard sale.  (Time 9am to 3pm). The cost for a space is $15 or two spaces for $20.  Please email Mrs. R  if you want a space. Circle thrift is going to pick up all left over items at 3pm. You must bring your own table. 

 

* The Choir will be having a carwash in the lower parking lot on Saturday from 9am to 3pm.

 

*The choir is accepting items for our general yard sale on Saturday.  Please drop off all items to the choir room by Friday.

 

*The choir will be having a gently used bag sale.  If you have any bags at home that you would like to donate, please drop them in the choir room by Friday.

 

* Choir Students who are working the Yard Sale, please be at EVHS by 8:30am.
