Amherst Details for Saturday- Show Choir

Show Choir information for Amherst….

Students need to meet at EVHS at 5:45 am if they need to work on hair and makeup.  All other students need to meet at EVHS at 6:15am.  We will leave EVHS at 6:45am. 

Warm-up at Amherst  10:15am, we perform at 11:00am

The first award ceremony will be at 5pm.. 

If we place 1^st in the B division we will perform in the finals.  The second award ceremony will take place at 10:15pm.  If we do not make the finals we will leave after the first award ceremony. 

Show Choir students need to bring money for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  Students may also pack breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Amherst will have videos, food, and t-shirts on sale. 

Please plan accordingly. 

Parents and friends are welcomed to come but there is a $5 fee per person for all non  chaperones.

Artistic Choir to perform March 28th...

Artistic Choir to perform at the Culpeper Presbyterian Church…

When: March 28^th during 3^rd block

Students will need to report to the choir room at 11:15am to get dressed, we will leave at 11:30am.

We perform at 12pm.  We will return to EVHS by 12:30pm.

Where: Culpeper Presbyterian Church

Lunch:  Will be provided by the Church.

Dress:  Black Dresses, shoes, and hose..

Please turn in the permission slip by Monday, March 26^th..

Artistic Choir to sing on EVTV tomorrow...

Artistic Choir members are reminded to be in the choir room by 7:50am tomorrow.  Please do not be late.

Please help!!! Parent Help needed!!!!

The Fine Arts Department is celebrating music in our schools month with a concert tomorrow night in the forum. Men's A c, Artistic, and Show Choir will be performing. I still need parents to help with the bake sale, passing out programs, and the donation table. I also need parents to donate the following items. baked goods, water, and soda. We are extremely low on sodas and could really use a bunch!!

I will need parents here tomorrow around 6:30pm to help.

Lent Service 3-21

Men’s A cappella to sing at Culpeper Presbyterian Church for Lent Service

Date:3-21-12

Time: We will leave at 11:30 and return at the beginning of 4^th block..

Lunch will be provided  by the church..

Festival and Lent Service, March 20th....

March 15th- All District Festival
We will leave around 10am to go to Nelson County High School  and return between 5pm to 5:30pm.  Students will need to bring a snack and money for lunch.  We will try to stop on the way down and back. 
Students will perform at 2:30pm.  Parents are welcome to attend.  Admission is free. 
The choir needs water donated for this event.  If you can send a case of water in, that would be appreciated!!!

March 20- Fine Arts night at EVHS...  Students need to be at the school at 6:15am...


March 21- Men's A cappella will be singing at the Lent Service at Culpeper Presbyterian Church at 12pm.  The guys will be fed lunch after they sing.  Please send in a permission form ... ..................
