Dear Fine Arts Parents,
I hope you and your families are doing well this summer. We are writing to give you an update regarding refunds from the Fine Arts field trip to Disney World that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The school continues to be in communication with Four Seasons touring company who is waiting on their vendor companies to refund them before they can refund us. Many of these vendor companies have been delayed in processing refunds as their business operations have been impacted by the pandemic and subsequent economic shutdown. Processing these refunds back to you is very important to us. We continue to communicate with Dr. Addo and our bookkeeper, Mrs. St. Onge, as we prepare for the process of refunding students and parents once the school has been refunded by Four Seasons. We will continue to communicate updates to you, and we will inform you once the refund is received by the school.
