*All Choral Forms are now due. Please go to the website and click on Choral Forms if you need them. Please sign and turn in ASAP. All students need a medical forms, a contract form, an outfit form, and a picture form on file in the choir office before they can attend any choir field trips. All forms are on the website.
*All Choir Fees are now past due. Please get these fees turned in ASAP.
*The $260 show choir fee is now due. Update- Outfits ordered after the week October 12th will not be guaranteed to be here on time for performances. All outfit fees are now due.
*Updates to student accounts - letters were sent home last month with all outstanding fees listed. Please get these fees in.
* A note for Last Years Spring Photos 2015:

I'd like to thank you for your interest in the images I took of your
kids. Several of you have made purchases and I trust you are pleased
with your portraits.
A few of you have asked about the opportunity to make a purchase now.
This can still happen! The images are online at ebaileyportraits.com and
the password is "Singers". You can view and choose your selection or
contact me with any questions. I accept Paypal online, checks or cash in
person for your convenience. I am always available to help.

*The Musical Cast- Mrs. R has head shots. Please pick up your head shots in the choir office.
*Popcorn and T-shirts will be sent home this week.
* Choir Volunteers - All current school volunteers, as well as any new potential volunteers, will need to visit http://www.culpeperschools.org and click on the link for App Garden – Volunteer Tracker located on the Find It Fast section of our home page to fill out our new electronic volunteer application.
All new volunteers will need to complete a background check as well as a DSS Central Registry background check. The background check costs $37.00 and the DSS Central Registry check costs $10.00. Both are payable via cash or check.
All currently approved volunteers MUST complete the online application no later than February 1, 2016 to remain an active volunteer. There is no cost to do this.

*All District Choir - Congrats to the students who were selected to participate in All District Choir. Please let Mrs. R know if you are going to participate in All District Choir held at CCHS on Feb. 12th and 13th next Tuesday. Information will go home next week. The cost for the event is $35.
*Dec. 14th- Field Trip to Farmington and Pearl Sample (all day)
I am in need of parent chaperon help for this.
*Dec. 14th- School Board Performance (Artistic and Select Boys)
Please meet at 302 N Main St, Culpeper, VA 22701, on corner of E. Spencer Street at 6:30pm.
*Dec. 15th- Field Trip to A.G. Richardson Elementary School (AM)
*Dec. 15th- Holiday Concert 7pm in the EVHS Auditorium

*Dec. 18th- School Concert in AM - Check in with 1st block teacher, come to choir room.
*Practice Tracks for all choirs have been put up on the EVHS Choir website. Please encourage your student to practice daily for homework!!
