Google Classroom Questionnaires-Choir students- Please fill out the following questionnaires on your Google Classroom

Monday- There will be Troubadour Rehearsal till 4pm. Practice will not start till 2:30pm. Students will need to stand outside of the choir room until Mrs. R arrives to start practice.

Congratulations to all students who were selected to participate in the All District Choir. Forms will be sent home with these students this week. The cost is $43, which includes the cost of the event, t-shirt, pizza, and music. Students will have the option to fundraise this cost. Please turn in these forms and the payment by Wednesday, Dec.11th. All District Forms are now on charms and on Google Classroom. Checks need to be made out to EVHS.

Friday- Meet in Mrs. R's room at 7:55am after checking in with your first block. Wear your choir t-shirt and school appropriate clothing. Bring your music, snack, water bottle, and pencil. We will have pizza for lunch. We will return to EVHS approximately around 6:30pm.

Saturday- Meet at EVHS at 7:30am. Wear your All District T-shirt and appropriate nice jeans. Bring your lunch, ,music, pencil, and water bottle. The concert is at 3pm at Fluvanna County High School in Fluvanna, VA. Students may ride home with their parents after the concert after checking out with Mrs. R. Parents must sign out students before taking them. All other students will arrive home with Mrs. R by 6pm.

ALL STATE AUDITIONS
The All State Audition will take place on Thursday, Feb. 6th at Chancellorsville High School. Permission slips are now out and need to be turned in ASAP.
We will leave EVHS at 1:30pm and return by 7pm.(We may return earlier.) We will stop on the way to Charlottesville High School in order for students to get something to eat.

Frozen JR. Tickets and Luncheon...
Frozen Jr. will take place on Friday, Feb. 21 at 7pm and Sat. Feb. 22 at 2pm and 7pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.
There will be a meet the character Frozen Luncheon in the EVHS Cafeteria on Sat. Feb. 22 from 11:30pm to 1:30pm. Lunch will include a full meal, dessert, and time meeting Elsa, Anna, and friends from Arendelle. Tickets for the luncheon must be purchased by Friday, February, 14th.

Disney Trip News

To be clear... The $50 deposit is non refundable. The contract and the parent letter states " Cancellation of this tour by February 25th, will result in a $100 fee per student . " Please take note of Four Seasons' policy. Please see Mrs. R if you have any questions.

***A google form chart is posted for you to list your preferences on rooming in the Fine Arts Disney Classroom. Please fill this out by Thursday, December 19th. We cannot guarantee that all students will end up with who they want as roommates.

Men's Ac

-Please bring in your choral contracts, outfit forms, and your $30 choir fee. T-shirts will be given out after your fee is turned in. Please do not forget to also bring in $13.50 for your bow tie.

Choir Outfit and Forms
-Choir Forms and Fees are now overdue. Please turn them in to Mrs. R as soon as possible. Students will not be able to go on the Disney Field trip until all choir fees are paid.

-Artistic Choir and Women's AC- Please make sure you pay for your blue blouse that you need for your formal outfit. The blouse is $26. Payment is made out to EVHS Choral Boosters. Please bring payment ASAP to the choir room.
Artistic Choir and Women's Ac- You will be receiving your blue blouses this week.

-Men's AC- Please turn in all choir paperwork and your choir fee of $30. You are required to purchase a bow tie for $13.50. Please turn these items in ASAP.

-Show Choir- Your earrings are here. Please bring in $3 to purchase your earrings.

-All Disney paperwork needs to be turned in ASAP.

-I still have some All District and All State paperwork and money that needs to be turned in. I will remind students in class. Students will not be able to attend these events if the paperwork is not turned in.

-February 6- All State Auditions will take place at Charlottesville High School. Time is TBA. I will send home permission slips this weekend.

****-Due to a date conflict, the March Concert date has changed from Thursday, March 12th to Tuesday, March 10th at 6:30pm. All Choirs will be performing at this concert except Show Choir. Students will need to wear their concert outfits. Students will need to report to the forum at 5:30pm.
