Nov. 6- till 3pm for music and 5pm for Feast- Troubadours

Nov. 7- till 5pm for Feast- Troubadours and all rolls

Nov. 15th- till 5pm in Forum Troubadours and main rolls

Nov. 16th till 5pm in Forum Troubadours and main rolls

Nov. 19th till 5pm in Forum Troubadours and main rolls

Week of 10-29

- All Choir forms and fees are now due. Please turn them in As Soon As Possible. All forms can be found on the EVHS Choir Website.

- The EVHS Choir still has White House Ornaments for Sale. They are $24 each. Please e-mail Mrs. R if you want one!  http://trichtar.wixsite.com/evhs-choral/white-house-ornament

- All students need a yellow form on file with the nurse in order to attend all EVHS Field Trips. Please turn this card in ASAP.

- The EVHS Choir is selling cheesecake. All Cheesecake orders are due Friday, Nov. 2nd and orders will arrive Tuesday, Nov. 27th. Thank you for your support.

-There will be rehearsal for All District Choir for anyone who wants to come on Friday November 2nd after school till 3:30pm. Please have your ride here by 3:30pm.

-The Sight Reading Factory Test #2 and Whither Must I Wander Test is due Friday, Nov. 2nd for all choir students currently in class.

- The EVHS Choir will be having a Chili's Spirit Day on Tuesday, Nov. 6th. Please see the flyer on Remind and let Chili's know you are supporting the EVHS Choir.

-The EVHS Troubadours will have rehearsal on Monday and Tuesay, November 5th and 6th and on November 19th till 3:00pm. Please have rides promptly here at 3pm.. We will be practicing music for the Governor's Mansion and for Madrigal Feast...

-All District Choir Auditions will take place on Thursday, Nov. 8th. Please wear your choir t-shirt and report to the choir room at 7:45am. We will leave promptly at 8:00am and return before 2:15pm.

-On November 9th, students who are going to Anastasia, please report to the forum at 12:45pm. We will leave at 1pm. Please dress business casual. No jeans.. We will be back at 11:30pm. Please bring money for dinner at the museum.

- Wizard of Oz Tryouts will take place on Monday, November 12th and Tuesday Nov. 13th till 5pm. Call backs will be on Wednesday, Nov. 14th till 5pm. Please sign up on the choir door if you plan to try out. If you want to be an ensemble member, please sign up on the choir wall. Please meet in the choir room. We will need parents to help chaperone these auditions. Please e-mail me if you can help.

- Madrigal Feast Ticket order forms will be going on sale on November 1st. They are first come, first serve...

Week of 10-22

- All Choir forms and fees are now due. Please turn them in As Soon As Possible. All forms can be found on the EVHS Choir Website.

- All District Choir Forms are now due. Student who do not turn in forms by Tuesday will not be able to audition. Please come by the choir room or go on the EVHS Choir Website to get a form.

-The choir will be part of the trick or treat event that will take place on Friday, October 26th, 2018 at 5pm to 6:30pm. We will also have the little preschool Cyclones trick or treating in our classroom on Oct. 30th and 31st. We need candy donations for both events. Please let Mrs. R know if you can donate a bag of candy.

-We are responsible for the 50/50 this Friday at the game. Please sign up in class if you plan to work and stop by the choir room to pick up Best Seat in the House tickets. This is great way to fundraise.

Week of 8-27

Cyclone Choir Announcements

We have made it through the first two weeks of school. Thank you for letting your students be part of our cyclone choir family. I have enjoyed teaching your students and I cannot wait for you to hear their talented voices!! Thank you to all parents who donated items to the classroom. I really appreciate all you do!! Below are the upcoming dates for choir events. Please note I will need parent volunteers to help with these events. Thank you in advance for signing up. I hope to see you on Thursday night at 6pm for our first EVHS Choral Booster Meeting.

Due 8-31 All choir forms and fees are due on Friday, August 31st. Extra forms can be found on the choir website at www.evhschoirs.org .

Due 8-31 All Yankee Candle orders and payment are due on Friday, August 31st.

We still have White House Ornaments left to sell. They are $24 each. Please see any choir student or the choir website for details.

Due 9-1 Seniors, please fill out the senior showcase form found on Google Classroom if you are planning to perform. Seniors please share your baby pictures with Mrs. R through Google Drive.

8-30 There will be an EVHS Choral Booster Meeting at 6pm in the EVHS Choir Room. All Choral Booster members and parents are asked to attend.

8-31 The first home football game. Choir will be running the 50/50 raffle and the best seat in the house. We need parents to help with the raffle at the football game. Please sign up below or text/email Mrs. R if you can help.

9-7 All paperwork is due for VMEA Honors Choir - Seniors only- paperwork will be coming out shortly

9-10 There will be an EVHS Choir Spirit Night at Chick Fil A on Monday September 10 from 6 to 8. The choir will need parent volunteers to run the wheel. Please text/e-mail Mrs. R if you are willing to help.

9-11 Senior Showcase at 6:30pm in the EVHS Forum. All Choir students are to be in attendance and report to the choir room at 6:10pm. Seniors, please show up at 5:45pm. Parents, I will need volunteers to help run this event. Please see the sign-up and thank you for your help.
