*All Choral Forms are now due. Please go to the website and click on Choral Forms if you need them. Please sign and turn in ASAP. All students need a medical forms, a contract form, an outfit form, and a picture form on file in the choir office before they can attend any choir field trips. All forms are on the website.
*All Choir Fees are now past due. Please get these fees turned in ASAP.
*The $260 show choir fee is now due. Update- Outfit fees will not be due until the week of October 12th due to Little Caesar's and football games, Outfits ordered after the week October 12th will not be guaranteed to be here on time for performances.
*Outfit fee forms are being sent home with show choir students. Please ask your student for this sheet and review, please email Mrs. R with any questions.

A few of you have asked about the opportunity to make a purchase now. This can still happen! The images are online at ebaileyportraits.com and the password is "Singers". You can view and choose your selection or contact me with any questions. I accept Paypal online, checks or cash in person for your convenience. I am always available to help.

*The A cappella Concert will be held at CCHS this year on October 27th at 7pm. Women's A cappella and Artsitic Choir will be performing at this concert. The UVA Silhouettes will be performing too. The cost for admission is $3 at the door. All choir students will be given a free ticket and will be required to attend the concert. Students who cannot attend will need to turn in a reason of absence form to the choir mailbox.
*The Musical Cast will be having their individual head shots taken on Monday, October 19th after school till 4:30pm in the auditorium. Cost for head shots is $10 a person.
*Intro to Choir will be having their group photos on Tuesday, October 20th in the Auditiorium. Group and Individual photos will be taken by award winning photographer Elizabeth Bailey. You may order a group photo online after the photos are taken. Information will be sent home with students.
* The Little Caesar's orders will be here on Wednesday, October 21st, and will need to be picked up on that day, NO EXCEPTIONS by 4:30pm. Please e-mail Mrs. R with any questions...
*The Annual Popcornopolis Fundraiser has been moved back into the end of October.. Details to follow...
* The date for the JMU trip has changed to Thursday, October 22nd.
*The Football Game against Culpeper has been changed to Tonight! Weather permitting.
* Parents who want to volunteer on Choir field trips this year will need to fill out a parent volunteer form and go to central office to be fingerprinted. The cost is $37 and is a one time fee. Please email me if you need a form. trichtar@culpeperschools.org
*Parents who want to make a decorate a wreath for out upcoming wreath auction need to fill out a form and turn it into the choir room by November 1st. The form can be found on the EVHS Choir webpage.
Christmas Wreath Decoration and Sale…
We need creative and crafty parents and students to help
decorate Christmas wreaths for our upcoming Holiday Musical and concert. The choir has obtained green wreaths that
need a lot of love. Once the wreaths are
decorated the choir will put them up for silent auction at our winter concert
on December 4th and 5th during the musical “It’s a
Wonderful Life”. The wreaths can be
decorated in fun themes, colors, etc… (example football, pink, wonderland, etc.!)
If interested, please fill out the form below and we will
send a wreath home with your student.
Please send in form by Friday, Nov. 1st.
The wreaths need to be turned back into the choir room by Monday, Nov.
30th. All proceeds will benefit the EVHS Choir!!

*All District Choir tryouts will take place on Friday, Nov. 13th at Fluvanna County high School. The cost is $10 a student to audition. Students will need to pack a lunch. Permission Slips and Parent information letters will go home next week. The Permission Slips will be due by Friday, October 9th. I will need at least two parent to help chaperon this trip.
*Musical- Friday, December 4th and Saturday, December 5th
*Dec. 15th- Holiday Concert 7pm in the EVHS Auditorium
*Practice Tracks for all choirs have been put up on the EVHS Choir website. Please encourage your student to practice daily for homework!!
