The EVHS Choral Boosters is now accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card for a payment option for fees, trips, fundraisers, etc. There is a 3% charge for using the credit card. Parents do need to come in to pay, it cannot be paid over the phone or by a student. Please email me or call if you are planning to come in so I can let the office know you are coming.

There will be a meeting for all girls in the Show Choir 2nd semester on
Wednesday, Dec. 18th right after school till 4:15pm. Please see Mrs. R if you

All District Choir 2013-2014
Congratulation for being selected to perform in All District
Choir. This is an honor for your and our
school. All District Choir will take place on Friday, Feb. 7th and
Saturday, Feb. 8th. If we
have weather that closes or delays school, the event may be held on Friday,
Feb. 14th and Saturday, Feb. 15th. Time is to be announced. The event will take place here at Eastern
View High School. The cost for this
event is $40, which pays for the student fee and music. The music belongs to you when the event is
over. Boys will automatically be in the SATB choir and girls will be in the SSA
or SATB choir. Both choirs have
wonderful conductors that will make this event a memorable experience. The concert will take place on Saturday, Feb.
8th or 15th, time is to be announced. Please have the
permission form below with your payment to Mrs. R by Friday, January 10th.

All EVHS Choir students have an amazing opportunity to
perform for many schools and community organizations this December. All of the choir students have been
rehearsing for these concerts during class time and at after school
rehearsals. Students are expected to
practice singing and dances (Show Choirs) at home daily. Students who do not know their music and
dances will not be able to attend the following trips.
Please note that each trip is different and may not include
every group of choral students. Please
only fill out the forms for the trips that apply to your student on the
permission slip. Some students may need
to stay back at school due to upcoming SOLs in mathematics. Thank you ahead of time for your
understanding. All students will need to
turn in a permission form and have a medical and contract form on file in order
to attend these field trips. Students

Concert Info and Raffle
The Eastern View High School Choir will be presenting their annual holiday
concert on Thursday, Dec. 12th at 7pm. Admission is free but a suggested
donation of $3 a person would be appreciated. The EVHS Choir will be holding
their annual Christmas wreath silent auction at the concert. Come out and enjoy
the holiday music!!!
The Eastern View High School Choir is trying to raise funds for their much
needed show choir risers. These risers are needed to help our choir practice to
perform and compete in upcoming events and competitions. The Choir is currently
raffling off a 32GB black IPAD with retina display. Raffle tickets are $5

The EVHS Choral Boosters have extended the date for the raffle for the IPAD
until all 400 tickets have been sold. Tickets are $5 each. Please email me if

All District went great on Friday. Congrats to the 22 students who made the choir!!! Congrats to all students who tried out. The Eastern View High School Choral Boosters will be raffling off a black 4th generation IPAD that has 32 G w/wifi and Retna Display at the A cappella Concert on Thursday, Nov. 14th. Raffle Tickets are $5 each. The Boosters have asked that each choir student try to sell three tickets. $1 from each ticket sold will be put into the student's account. Christmas Wreath Decoration and Sale…
We need creative and crafty parents to help decorate Christmas
wreaths for our upcoming Holiday Concert.
The choir has obtained green wreaths that need a lot of love. Once the wreaths are decorated the choir will
put them up for silent auction at our winter concert on December 12th. The wreaths can be decorated in fun themes,
colors, etc… (even a football themed wreath!!)
If interested, please fill out the form below and we will
send a wreath home with your student. Please
send in form by Friday, Nov. 15th.
The wreaths need to be turned back into the choir room by Friday, Dec. 6th.
All proceeds will benefit our riser fund!!
