*Troubadours will have after school rehearsal on Feb. 1 and Feb.2 from 2:30 to 4pm after school.
*Wednesday Office Hours this week- If you need to meet with Mrs. R, please fill out the following form. I will send you a link and an appointment time between 10:30am and 12:30pm. There will be no choral club exec board meeting this week.
*Choir Classes and attendance....IMPORTANT
We have live choir classes every day. The schedule is as follows:
9:30- 2nd block
11:20- 3rd block
12:55- 4th block
You are given a daily participation grade in choir and attendance is taken based on your attendance in LIVE class. You are expected to attend LIVE CLASS. If you are unable to attend LIVE class for any reason, please email Mrs. R, so that I can count you present for the day. You must log into canvas EVERYDAY that you have choir class in order to be counted present. If you do not email Mrs. R when you miss a LIVE class, you may be marked absent.
*Students- please turn your work in on time. Mrs. R is taking 5 points off each day an assignment is turned in late according to the EVHS Choir Grading Policy.
* Mrs. R is having "Live Classes" everyday for all classes during class time. You are required to attend class.
*Please find the link to log in under the Live Class Link button or the Calendar button on the canvas home page. It is extremely beneficial and highly recommended that students log on to class during their class time. We are changing to zoom this week. Please make sure you log into the right link.

*Students are asked to bring headphones to class so that they can continue to practice while other vocal parts are being rehearsed by Mrs. R.
*The choir fee is $25 per student and is due on September 30th. If you are virtual, please send a check made out to

* For turning in similar assignments for students who are in one or more choirs, please follow these guidelines:
- Discussions or Listening Journals- copy and paste your answers in both choirs
-For quizzes- complete both quizzes in each choir
-Nearpod- Just complete once
-Singing test- complete once
