*Please keep the following dates open-these are set aside for an in school performance during the school day.

*.December 2nd- ICE CREAM in December!! There is a EVHS Choir Spirit Day at Scoops downtown. The Choir will receive 10% of all ice cream sold. 

*Troubadours will have rehearsal on December 1st from 2:30 to 4pm. 

*December 9-11- A Christmas Carol- More information to come soon. 

*Students- please turn your work in on time. Mrs. R is taking 5 points off each day an assignment is turned in late according to the EVHS Choir Grading Policy.

* Mrs. R is having "Live Classes" everyday for all classes during class time.  You are required to attend class.

It is extremely beneficial and highly recommended that students log on to class during their class time. We are changing to zoom this week. Please make sure you log into the right link. 

 

*Starting November 9, 2020, teachers will no longer hold 30 minute office hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays as it is a conflict with the live classes.  Students should log on to the live classes and communicate with their teacher. Students can also google chat, email, or call the school to communicate with their teacher about their course work.

2. Troubadours- Due to Gov. Northam's announcement- We will NOT perform on Wednesday, Nov. 18th downtown.

Tomorrow is Senior Showcase!!!

 Tomorrow is the Senior Showcase!! 

Reminders- 

1. Seniors- please arrive at 1:30pm- Meet down by Ms. Butcher's (preschool room). 

2. Underclassmen who are attending- arrive by 2:10-check in the student table. Find your spot and stay in your spot. You must have signed up on the underclassmen form in order to attend. 

You are going to stay outside. 

3. Everyone- Bring a lawn chair to sit in

4. Dress Warmly- Please wear layers- Dress School appropriate, hand warmers are recommended. 

5. Families, please check in at the ticket table. You will be guided to a square, please bring a lawn chair to sit in. 

6. Please follow the mitigation plan. Masks are required. Bathroom access is limited.

Troubadour Performance Wednesday, Nov. 18th..

 Troubadour performance 

The EVHS Troubadours will meet at the LOVE sign downtown on East Davis Street at 12:45pm. We will sing at the Love sign till 2:15pm.  Please have your ride ready to pick you up at 2:15pm. 

Please practice all of your music. Dress warmly. 

Week 12 Nov. 9-13

2. Troubadours, we will be recording “God Bless the USA” on Monday, November 9th  for our Veterans Day virtual assembly. Please be at school at 2:30. We will end this rehearsal at 3:30pm.

November 14th- Please sign up on the Google Form if you are attending the Senior Sowcase. Troubadours are asked to come out and bring a lawn chair to put up in your designated spot. At the end of the show, Troubadours will be singing no day but today. 

*Choir Seniors- If you are performing, please fill out the google ticket form. You may have up to six virtual tickets. Your six attendees will check in with the desk before entering the roped off area.  Your group is expected to follow the mitigation plan and sit together in marked off squares on the field.  Ticket sheets must be filled out no later than Tuesday, November 10th.  We cannot guarantee your family will be able to attend if this form is turned in late.
