All students need a medical forms, a contract form, an outfit form, and a picture form on file in the choir office before they can attend any choir field trips. All forms are on the website.

**PARENT HELP NEEDED!!
We need your help for the
remainder of the choir year. Below are a list of events and that will take
place for the remainder of the school year and a list of items and help that
the choir needs to be successful. Please
take a minute to fill out this form and return it to the choir room by Friday,
Feb. 5th. You can also sign up for an event by using the sign up
genius link associated with each event. If you are unable to volunteer, please check
the box at the end of the sheet.
* Choir Volunteers - All current school volunteers, as well as
any new potential volunteers, will need to visit http://www.culpeperschools.org
and click on the link for App Garden – Volunteer Tracker located on the Find It
Fast section of our home page to fill out our new electronic volunteer
application.
All new volunteers will need to complete a background check as well as a DSS Central Registry background check. The background check costs $37.00 and the DSS Central Registry check costs $10.00. Both are payable via cash or check.
All currently approved volunteers MUST complete the online application no later than February 1, 2016 to remain an active volunteer. There is no cost to do this.

event is for Show Choir only. Cost is $45 for students and $35 for parents. We
will leave for Kings Dominion at 8am and return by 9:30pm.

Students need to report to their assigned rooms at 6:15pm. Attire dress code is the same as festival. Please see Mrs. R with any questions or concerns. Students are reminded that they will be given a grade for attire at this concert.
**April 16th- Students need to be at EVHS at 7am. We will leave at 7:45am and return around 9:30pm. Show Choir needs to bring competition attire and a change of clothes (school appropriate).
