Show Choir information for Amherst….
Students need to meet at EVHS at 5:45 am if they need to work on hair and makeup. All other students need to meet at EVHS at 6:15am. We will leave EVHS at 6:45am.
Warm-up at Amherst 10:15am, we perform at 11:00am
The first award ceremony will be at 5pm..
If we place 1st in the B division we will perform in the finals. The second award ceremony will take place at 10:15pm. If we do not make the finals we will leave after the first award ceremony.
Show Choir students need to bring money for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students may also pack breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Amherst will have videos, food, and t-shirts on sale.
Please plan accordingly.
Parents and friends are welcomed to come but there is a $5 fee per person for all non chaperones.
