Mandatory After school rehearsals this week... You must fill out the Reason of Absence Form online if you are not attending.

All District Choir 
Congratulations to the 44 students who secured a spot in the All District Choir! Congratulations to our 4 alternates!  Great showing Cyclones!!! 

Congratulations to all students who were selected to participate in the All District Choir. Forms will be sent home with these students this week.  The cost is $43, which includes the cost of the event, t-shirt, pizza, and music. Students will have the option to fundraise  this cost.  Please turn in these forms and the payment by Wednesday, Dec.11th.  All District Forms are now on charms and on Google Classroom. Checks need to be made out to EVHS.

The All State Audition will take place on Thursday, Feb. 6th at Chancellorsville High School. Time is to be announced. Please be on the lookout for a permission slip coming home soon.


Disney Trip News 
- All students attending Disney
    1. The Second Payment and Third Payment are due Now. Please turn this in. Both payments are $160.
     2. The next payment for the field trip is due Dec. 16th.
    3. Please sign up for the Google Classroom code  v28x24


To be clear... The $50 deposit is non refundable. The contract and the parent letter states " Cancellation of this tour by February 25th, will result in a $100 fee per student . " Please take note of Four Seasons' policy. Please see Mrs. R if you have any questions.


Choir Outfit and Forms
-Choir Forms and Fees are now overdue. Please turn them in to Mrs. R as soon as possible. Students will not be able to go on the Disney Field trip until all choir fees are paid.

-Artistic Choir and Women's AC- Please make sure you pay for your blue blouse that you need for your formal outfit. The blouse is $26.  Payment is made out to EVHS Choral Boosters. Please bring payment ASAP to the choir room.

-Show Choir- Your earrings are here. Please bring in $3 to purchase your earrings.

National Christmas Tree
Troubadours and Show Choir will perform at 8pm on December 12th. We will leave at 4:30pm.  
Outfits- CHANGE 
Due to the cold we will be wearing black pants, Christmas sweater, winter coats, hats, gloves, scarves, and a base layer.  Please wear warm shoes. It will be cold, so please dress appropriately. 

The permission slips are now past due.  Please fill these out ASAP and turn them in. The EVHS Choir will be paying for the buses for students.  Students and parents may order a meal from Subway for $8. The order needs to  be put in by Thursday, December 5th .  Payment is due by Thursday, December 5th. 
Students may also choose to pack their lunch.

There will be a parent bus that will be going to the National Christmas Tree. The cost is $15 a person.  If you are ordering the box lunch, the cost is $23.  Please be at the school at 3:30pm in order to eat and the bus will leave promptly at 4:30pm. It will be cold, so please dress appropriately. If you are planning to ride the parent bus, please fill out this form.  Only parents who are approved chaperones may ride the buses with students.

Elementary School Concerts 
Permission Slips will be posted shortly on charms and sent home with students. 
This is for Troubadours, Artistic, Show, and Women's Ac The Elementary School Concerts will take place on the following dates:
Monday, December 16th at Farmington
Wednesday, December 18th at Pearl Sample
Thursday, December 19th at A.G. Richardson 
Please see Charms if you would like to chaperone. 
Students will need to check in with their first block and come directly to the choir room.  They will miss first and some of second block on these days. 
Outfit- Nice jeans and Christmas Sweater, Holiday hats, etc. 

School Concert- Friday, December 20th  8am 
Outfit is the same.
