Info for May and June, please read!!

May 1st- All point logues and award applications are due.


May 8th- Final Booster meeting for the year at EVHS in the choir room. Executive will meet at 6:45 pm and the General will meet at 7:00pm. We will be electing officers.  Show Choir meeting will take place at 7:30pm.

The week of the spring concert--Due to AP testing, we had to move our picture day - All Outfits for Spring Concert need to be in the choir room ready for performance (see below). We will be taking Spring Concert photos on this day.   (please stay tuned for the date)

May 16th- Required after school dress rehearsal for all choir members in the forum. The press will be invited and students are reminded that rehearsal will start promptly at 3:15pm. Students who cannot attend need to fill out a reason for absence form.


May 17th- Spring Concert

EVHS Choral Spring Concert- Music of the 50s and 60s!!

Outfits-
Artistic Choir- 50's outfits (either provided by the choir or by student)
60's outfit (provided by student)
Choir t-shirt and jeans for river in judea

Show Choir- Hairspray outfit (provided by choir or student)
can of hairspray
choir t-shirt and jeans for river in judea

Men's Ac-
50's black pants, white button shirt, skinny tie, fedora hat (not required)
60's black pants/red shirts (provided by choir)
choir t-shirt and jeans for river in judea


The concert will be performed in the EVHS forum at 7pm. Awards and letters will be given out at the end of the concert.

The concert admission will be by donation.

A suggested $3 donation will be appreciated.


Seniors- We need baby pictures, please e-mail Mrs. R one or 2 of your favorite baby pictures or bring them in. I will scan them and give them back to you. Baby pictures need to be brought or e-mailed to Mrs. R by Friday, May 4th.

For the Spring concert, we need parent volunteers!!

 June 1st- Graduation- all choir students expected to attend

Be in the choir room by 5:15pm.

Students will need to pick up a parking or drop off pass from Mrs. R. More info to come.
