Expectations

Fees- these need to be paid, We need to order outfits for the Holiday Season, please see Mrs. R with any concerns

Forms- Still missing a few, please turn them in

Outfits/Sets- need parent to help with costumes/Alterations – please email rcelesky@msn.com if you can help

Competitions-Need parent help in all areas, Chaperoning, Building Set, Painting, Outfit Prep, etc.  Emails will come out with assignments. 

Concerts- Nov. 14^th- parents will be emailed for helping with stuff, Dec. 12^th- same

Holiday Field Trips- December 12^th

Holiday WReath – Decorations – See blog for Wreath fundraiser

Football GameS- Nov. 17^th- Need Parent Volunteers and Students. WE have the 50/50 Raffle..

Silent Auction- Mrs. Nicholson will be meeting with The Choral Exec Board Wednesday.  We are looking at an April Date for this.

popcornopolis- Fundraiser due Nov. 8^th

Spirit Nights – Nov. 15^th- Buffalo Wild Wings

Adopt A Child- put on back burner

Ask Businesses for Donations – will do with silent auction

Auction- IPOD/ Big Screen TV- IPAD- Raffle tickets will go out Friday…

Parent Responsibility – Please check email and blog regulary, please help us get forms and fees in on time
