Announcements for week of May 4th
Please read the following
announcements. There are requests for
parental help below (Dates are in Red).
If you can volunteer or help/donate any of the following items, please
email Mrs. R at trichtar@culpeperschools.org .
(All Chaperons must have
a form on file and be fingerprinted in order to attend field trips. Cost is
$37. This is a one time fee that is good forever. Please see Mrs. R with
any questions.)

Now- All Contract, Medical, Photo forms are now
due

State Theatre Concert- There is still time to
order a State Theatre Video of the concert on May 31st. Cost is $20.
Please bring order to the choir room. The video is great!!

There are still seats left for Kings Dominion. Please bring in forms and payment ASAP.
·
May 1- Mrs. R needs senior baby pictures for the
spring concert. Please bring in or email
Mrs. R a picture by Friday, May 1st.

May 12th-
There will be a meeting for all students and parents who will be participating
in Show Choir for the 2015-2016 season on Tuesday, May 5th at 6:30
pm in the EVHS Choir Room.

May 12th-
Booster Meeting- We will be electing officers. AT EVHS at 7pm.

May 15th -Chaperones
needed:
1.
Kings Dominion- May 15th- $35 for
parents without season passes

May 15th- We
need donations for Water for the Trip. Please email me if you can donate.
·
May 21st- There will be a spirit
night at Shawn’s BBQ for the EVHS Choir from 5 to 8:30pm.

May 28th-
Parent Volunteers needed for Spring Concert. Please email Mrs. R if you can do

June 5th-
Graduation. I need two parent volunteers
to sit with students on the field. We
are asking parents to donate water for this event. Please email me if you are able to do
that.
