* All students were given a copy of their choir accounts on Friday 9/11. These accounts do not include the money made from the football game on Friday, September 4th.
*All Choir Fees are now past due. Please bring your choir fee in ASAP in order to have your t-shirt order in for the September order.
*The $260 show choir fee is now due. Outfit fees will not be due until October 1st.
*Outfit fee order forms went home with students yesterday. Please email Mrs. R with any questions. Outfit fees are due October 1st.

*The A cappella Concert will be held at CCHS this year on October 27th at 7pm. Women's A cappella and Artsitic Chori will be performing at this concert. All choir students will be given a free ticket and will be required to attend the concert. Students who cannot attend will need to turn in a reason of absence form to the choir mailbox.
*There will be a meeting for the all musical participants on Monday, September 21st in the choir room after school.
* Virginia Music Educators Association Honor Choir auditions will take place on Saturday, October 10th.
* James Madison University forms and information are due October 2nd and information and forms can be found on the website. The trip will take place October 15th.
* There is a car wash scheduled for Saturday, September 26th at Tractor Supply from 9 to 2. This event is run by the EVHS Choral Boosters. Please sign up on the website if you plan to attend. Parents are welcome!!
* Parents who want to volunteer on Choir field trips this year will need to fill out a parent volunteer form and go to central office to be fingerprinted. The cost is $37 and is a one time fee. Please email me if you need a form. trichtar@culpeperschools.org
*The next Football Game is on Friday, Oct. 2nd against Culpeper. Please email me if you would like to volunteer.
*Practice Tracks for all choirs have been put up on the EVHS Choir website. Please encourage your student to practice daily for homework!!
