Thank you to all parents who helped out with the Spring Spotlight Concert!! Thanks to all parents who chaperoned at Kings Dominion this past weekend!! Thanks to all the parents who donated items to the choir! You guys are awesome!!
Congratulations to the EVHS Show Choir Innovation for competing at the Kings Dominion Show Choir Fusion Festival this past weekend. Innovation placed second in the mixed division and third overall. We had the best male soloist and the best male performer!!

**Choir Letter Logs are due to Mrs. R by Friday May 1st.
***May 11th- Each Choir student has been assigned a Disney Character. Choir students are responsible for providing a school appropriate costume that corresponds with their disney character. Please see Mrs. R with any questions.
***Silent Basked Auction
Each choir is responsible to putting together a themed basket for a silent auction at the concert.
The choirs have picked the following themes...
Men's Ac- Lady and the Tramp (pasta night)
Show Choir- Aladdin- Arabian Nights
Women's Ac- Pixar- Incredibles, Toy Story, etc.
Artistic- Under the Sea- Ariel
**May 11th- The Eastern View High School Choir will be presenting their annual Spring Concert "The Magic of Disney" on Wednesday, May 11th at 7pm in the EVHS Auditorium. Admission is $3 per person at the door. Come out and sign along to some of your all time favorite songs!
All students are encouraged to donate an item to the basket. Please have all items in to Mrs. R by the May 1st.

**PARENT HELP NEEDED!!
We need your help for the remainder of the choir year. Below are a list of events and that will take place for the remainder of the school year and a list of items and help that the choir needs to be successful. Please take a minute to fill out this form and return it to the choir room by Friday, Feb. 5th. You can also sign up for an event by using the sign up genius link associated with each event. If you are unable to volunteer, please check the box at the end of the sheet.
* Choir Volunteers - All current school volunteers, as well as any new potential volunteers, will need to visit http://www.culpeperschools.org and click on the link for App Garden – Volunteer Tracker located on the Find It Fast section of our home page to fill out our new electronic volunteer application.
All new volunteers will need to complete a background check as well as a DSS Central Registry background check. The background check costs $37.00 and the DSS Central Registry check costs $10.00. Both are payable via cash or check.
All currently approved volunteers MUST complete the online application no later than February 1, 2016 to remain an active volunteer. There is no cost to do this.
