* Choir Volunteers - All current school volunteers, as well as any new potential volunteers, will need to visit http://www.culpeperschools.org and click on the link for App Garden – Volunteer Tracker located on the Find It Fast section of our home page to fill out our new electronic volunteer application.

All new volunteers will need to complete a background check as well as a DSS Central Registry background check. The background check costs $37.00 and the DSS Central Registry check costs $10.00. Both are payable via cash or check. .        

*All Choir Forms and Fees are now past due. Please see the website for choir forms. Reminder Letters and e-mails were sent home on Monday. All fees must be paid by Friday, November 4th in order for outfits to be ordered. 

*A Huge Thank you to all parents who helped with our 1st two events of the year and who chaperoned our first field trip!!!! You guys are great!! 

*October 28th- Home Football game Faquier

*October 31^st and November 1^st – We are going to have little preschool trick or treat visitors come to the choir classroom on Monday and Tuesday during Men and Women’s A cappella classes. Please send in a bag of candy if you are willing to donate some goodies to our little Cyclones! 

*November 4th- Home Football game Kettle Run

*November 4th - All District Choir tryout. We will be leaving EVHS at 8am and returning to EVHS around 3pm.  I need two chaperones for this event. Please sign up below if you are able to go.

*November 4th-  Popcornopolis 

The EVHS Choir is selling delicious gourmet popcorn. Your student has been given a form to bring home. A portion of the proceeds from the popcorn sales will go in your student's account.

*November 4th-Christmas Wreath Decoration and Sale…

We need creative and crafty parents and students to help decorate Christmas wreaths for our upcoming Holiday Musical and concert.   The choir has obtained green wreaths that need a lot of love.  Once the wreaths are decorated the choir will put them up for silent auction at our winter performance on December 2^nd and 3^rd  during Madrigal Feast.   The wreaths can be decorated in fun themes, colors, etc… (example football, pink, wonderland, etc.!)

If interested, please fill out the form below and we will send a wreath home with your student.  Please send in form (send home by student or e-mail) by Friday, November 4th.  The wreaths need to be turned back into the choir room by Monday, Nov. 28th. All proceeds will benefit the EVHS Choir!!

November 29th-  After school rehearsal for all choir students till 5pm

December 2nd and 3rd- Madrigal Feast
The choir and drama departments will be holding a Madrigal Feast on Friday December 2nd and Saturday, December 3rd.  Invitations to come shortly.
